Titilope Akinola is an experienced Customer Service and Business Process improvement expert. With over 15 years work experience, she has held diverse roles working in a multinational telecommunications industry.

Roles include:

  • Snr. Mgr., Business Process Improvement
  • Regional Head, Customer Service Program Manager
  • Business Analyst (Planning & Optimization)

Her core areas of expertise include Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement and Customer Service. Titilope is PMP certified and qualified in the use of Lean and Six sigma process improvement methodologies.... Equipped with the understanding of the relationship between operational effectiveness, corporate strategy and customer satisfaction, she has successfully implemented multiple million-dollar costsaving business initiatives.  
As the Lead Consultant with Incognito Technologies, she has led successful business and technical improvement interventions with clients across VAS, Health, Events and the Education sectors.  
Titilope is passionate about the Kaizen philosophy; supporting individuals and teams to make positive changes for gradual and continuous improvement. She especially enjoys building operations from scratch and seeing them grow and evolve into masterpieces.  
Titilope is an Information Systems Engineering graduate from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
